Experience Yoga Nidra at home. Three Days of Meditations (20, 30 and 40 minutes) to do at your own pace. Each day you receive: a brief explanatory video, a narrative containing some hints, tips tricks, and your meditation. These meditations can be used as a stand-alone technique or weave them throughout your weekly seated practice.
